Billie-Jo is a Senior Manager within GTM’s State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice based out of the firm’s Philadelphia Metro office. She is an essential part of the indirect (sales & use) group. Her primary focus is on assisting clients with sales and use tax compliance and audits.
Billie-Jo has spent more than 20 years with GTM, beginning as a staff accountant, and quickly transitioning into the sales tax practice. Her strengths include sales tax research, compliance, audits, and refund claims. Billie-Jo is proficient in writing processes and procedures.
Prior to joining GTM, Billie-Jo trained Standardbred race horses and went on to manage a Pub & Grill where she was responsible for daily financial reporting and client service.
Billie-Jo lives in Wilmington, DE with her fiancé, Adam, and their pups. She enjoys back yard BBQs with family, gardening, going to concerts, and attending Philadelphia sporting events.
