Haley is a Manager in GTM’s Tax Automation Services (TAS) team. In this role, Haley drives the day-to-day operations of TAS projects by executing project plans with precision and collaborating closely with clients to deliver tailored, technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and ensure satisfaction at every stage. With a concentration in direct income tax products, Haley focuses on maximizing the value of existing software while identifying opportunities for innovation and automation. Her approach is rooted in building meaningful relationships, driving results, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Haley joined GTM in 2019 as a staff in the TAS department, where she implements and supports the ONESOURCE Suite with a focus on ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP), for which she holds certification. Haley is also Alteryx certified and adept at managing and transforming large volumes of data. In addition to her client-facing work, Haley designed and leads the TAS department’s comprehensive training program, which covers software solutions, tax technical skills, best practices, and soft skills. She is especially skilled at identifying individual learning needs and delivering tailored training to ensure team members are fully supported and set up for success.

Prior to joining GTM, Haley worked at Chesapeake Utilities as an intern in the Tax and Financial Reporting departments, where she assisted with journal entries, tax provision, tax return, and 10-K preparation, research on tax law changes, and handled correspondence from governing jurisdictions.

Haley was raised in Delaware. She migrated to Coatesville, PA after college where she currently resides with her partner and two dogs. She enjoys supporting her partner’s live music performances, gardening, cooking and baking, tackling home projects, and nature walks.
