Lynne is a Tax Manager within GTM’s State and Local (SALT) practice. She specializes in state and local tax compliance related to changes in federal taxable income.
Lynne has 30 years of state and franchise tax experience from her tenure at DuCharme McMillen & Associates, Inc. (DMA), prior to the practice joining GTM in 2025. During her tenure at DMA, Lynne worked as part of the sales and use compliance group for 2 years, working on preparing state sales and use tax returns for various clients. In addition to her work for clients, Lynne keeps up to date with current law changes pertaining to corporate state taxes using CCH and Bloomberg research tools.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Lynne currently resides in the eastern part of Cincinnati with her husband. Her interests include traveling and hiking. She is an avid Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills fan, as well as a University of Kentucky basketball fan.
