Megan is a Tax Manager within GTM’s State and Local (SALT) practice, where she supports clients with corporate income and franchise tax compliance. She is focused on delivering high-quality compliance services while also contributing to team development through project oversight and mentorship.
Prior to joining GTM, Megan worked at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. (DMA) before the practice joined GTM in 2025. She has gained many years of experience in state income and franchise tax through roles at DMA, EY, and AIG. She has supported clients across a variety of industries, including insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and services. Her work has included tax compliance, provisions, notices, estimates, extensions, tax research, workpaper automation, and other special projects.
Outside of work, Megan lives in Mt. Juliet, TN, with her husband, Jake, and their dog, Cooper. They enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
