Pedro Carazas is a Senior Manager within GTM’s Transfer Pricing practice, based out of the firm’s Philadelphia Metro office.
Pedro brings over a decade of experience serving multinational companies in the areas of transfer pricing planning and compliance. He is skilled at conducting complex economic analyses and leading cross-functional teams in providing international tax services, including the development of global transfer pricing documentation packages, audit defense, and business model tax optimization services.
Before joining GTM, Pedro held transfer pricing positions at RSM and PwC, where he specialized in the economic valuation of tangible, intangible, and services. He also served as an in-house expert on transfer pricing analysis related to financial and intangible transactions.
Pedro resides in Philadelphia, PA. He enjoys attending Latin pop concerts and sporting events with friends and family.
