Yu is a Manager within GTM’s lead tax practice, based out of the firm’s New York City office. She prepares income tax provision calculations (ASC 740) and reviews complex federal and state income tax returns for clients across a variety of industries. She also has extensive knowledge in SEC reporting, including 10-k footnote disclosure for income taxes.
Prior to joining GTM, Yu worked for International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (NYSE: IFF) as a Senior Tax Analyst. In this role, she prepared quarterly income tax provisions under ASC 740, consolidated federal and state income tax returns, delivered quarterly analytics on tax accounts, and provided supporting workpapers for financial statement disclosure.
Yu resides in New York, NY with her husband and their child. She enjoys cooking and hiking in her spare time.
