Paul is a Senior Tax Manager within GTM’s State and Local (SALT) practice. He specializes in state and local tax compliance related to changes in federal taxable Income due to IRS audits and amended federal returns. He is well-versed in reviewing original tax returns, identifying adjustments from federal audits or amended federal returns, and ensuring accurate incorporation of these changes across all applicable taxing jurisdictions.
Paul has over 30 years of state income and franchise tax experience from his tenure at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. (DMA), prior to the practice joining GTM in 2025. Most of his time was spent in state and local tax compliance, where he amended state and city returns to incorporate IRS audit changes or amended federal return changes. He has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including banking, financial, healthcare, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical.
Paul resides in Cincinnati, OH, with his wife. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in sports, especially soccer.
