Omer is a Senior Manager within GTM’s Transfer Pricing Practice. He advises multinational companies on transfer pricing planning and compliance, with a focus on intellectual property valuation, financial modeling, and economic analysis. Omer works with clients across a range of industries including technology, software, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and consumer products. In addition to his client work, he develops financial and economic models to evaluate intercompany pricing arrangements and supports clients with transfer pricing planning, documentation, and audit defense.
Prior to joining GTM, Omer worked at a Big 4 firm where he specialized in transfer pricing analysis, including the development of financial models for intellectual property valuation and the application of econometric and statistical methods to transfer pricing issues.
Earlier in his career, he conducted applied economic research at the University of Connecticut, focusing on quantitative and statistical analysis. Omer holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
Born and raised in Türkiye, Omer currently resides in Connecticut with his wife and two daughters.
