Bill Tziouras

Manager, International Tax

Bill is a Manager within Global Tax Management’s International Tax Practice, based out of GTM’s Wayne, PA office. In this role, Bill advises his clients on the U.S. tax consequences of cross-border activity as well as the opportunities presented therein. He is well-versed in both inbound and outbound taxation matters including, but not limited to, tax compliance efficiency and strategy, ASC 740 review, global intangible low taxed income (GILTI), Subpart F, foreign tax credit calculations and optimization, structuring and entity choice, withholding tax management and permanent establishment risk. Prior to joining GTM, Bill spent seven years at a large national firm in the Philadelphia metro area. During his tenure there, he served as local, regional, and national lead in various areas of international tax. He worked on complex engagements that resulted in maximized global tax savings after considering items such as corporate restructuring, debt and intellectual property migration, and treaty analysis. In addition to his experience serving clients, Bill focused on people development including the creation and delivery of training programs and internal content. He also recently published an article in the Tax Advisor related to tax planning after the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). Bill was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and currently resides in Phoenixville, PA. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, watching sports and training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
