Bill is a Manager in GTM’s International Tax Practice. He is based out of the firm’s Pittsburgh office, where he specializes in international compliance, calculations, and transactions. Bill has experience working on engagements involving Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865, as well as those involving international calculations stemming from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
Prior to joining GTM, Bill served as a Tax Manager at the civil engineering firm, Michael Baker International, where he focused on indirect tax planning and compliance along with FAR 31 compliance. Bill previously worked in Ernst & Young’s International Tax Services practice, where he was involved in international tax compliance and planning for international transactions.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys exploring all the parks and art galleries in and around Pittsburgh. He can usually be found at a concert or a show.
