Chad is a Senior Manager within GTM’s International Tax Practice, based out of the firm’s Philadelphia Metro office. He specializes in providing support to multinational clients that have complex international tax considerations regarding income tax compliance, accounting for income taxes, and tax planning perspectives.
Since joining GTM, Chad has focused primarily on assisting clients with complex international tax calculations. He is especially well-versed in working with U.S. multinational companies on U.S. tax reform implications such as Subpart F, foreign tax credit (FTC), global intangible low taxed income (GILTI), foreign derived intangible income (FDII), base erosion anti-abuse tax (BEAT), Section 163(j) interest limitation, Pillar 2, Country-by-Country Reporting, corporate alternative minimum tax (CAMT), and tax controversy.
Chad has spent more than 15 years providing internal and external clients with tax service. Prior to joining GTM’s International Tax Practice, he worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Dow DuPont, and an International Tax Manager, Global Tax at Chubb Insurance. Before working at Chubb, he worked at Ernst & Young as an International Tax Manager in both the Columbus, OH & Philadelphia, PA offices.
Chad is active in the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), the nation’s largest professional association for Latino members. ALPFA helps diverse students and professionals develop into leaders through mentorship, networking, professional development, career connections, and leadership opportunities. He is a National Board member, sitting on the Finance and Risk Oversight Committees. He is also a past president of ALPFA and current Board President of ACLAMO (Accion Comunal Latinoamericana de Montgomery County), a Norristown, PA based non-profit.
Chad is a proud Paraguayan, born in Asuncion, and currently lives in Philadelphia. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and teaching finance & accounting courses to undergraduate students at Rosemont College.
