Brian Kelley

Brian is a Manager within GTM’s State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice, based out of the firm’s Philadelphia Metro office. He focuses primarily on indirect (sales and use) tax. Brian is responsible for end-to-end sales tax transaction services, from data management to payment processing.

Prior to joining GTM, Brian served as a Tax Associate with a Big 4 firm. In this role, he focused on federal and state income tax compliance. Brian also has experience with accounting for income taxes and tax provision audits.

Outside of GTM, Brian enjoys spending time at the New Jersey shore with family and friends. Sailing, kayaking, and swimming are among his favorite summertime activities. Brian is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
