Nate is a Manager in GTM’s Property Tax Services practice, based in the firm’s Philadelphia Metro office. He manages the practice’s personal property tax compliance, appeals, and audit support work, overseeing the team and client engagements from data intake through filing.
Nate also leads GTM’s property tax technology initiatives, building custom workflows and software integrations that streamline how client data is captured and processed. He is highly experienced in leveraging AI and data analytics tools such as Alteryx to enhance data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting automation. He has hands-on experience with the major property tax compliance platforms and is formally trained in PTMS.
Since joining GTM over 10 years ago, Nate has provided compliance and consulting services to clients across a wide range of industries. He holds a B.S. in Business and Financial Services from Penn State University, is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT), and has completed IPT’s Property Tax Schools.
Originally from Chicago, Nate now lives in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he’s an avid football fan and can often be found hiking in the woods or enjoying live music with friends at a music festival.
