Ryan is a Managing Director and GTM’s Chief Growth Officer, based out of the Philadelphia Metro Office. Ryan provides leadership across the entire organization by advancing the firm’s strategic plan. His oversight and collaboration with business development, marketing, strategic alliances, and leadership focus on business growth.
Since joining GTM in 2011, Ryan has held positions as Chief Technology Innovation Officer and Managing Director within GTM’s Tax Automation Services practice, which experienced significant growth under his leadership. He has also led many successful software implementations, process redesign projects, and data analytics engagements. Prior to joining GTM, Ryan was Manager, Customer Support & Product Management at TaxStream, LLC (since acquired by Thomson Reuters). During his tenure leading the company’s customer support department, it experienced significant growth, landing the #51 spot on Inc.’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies list and increasing revenues by 2378% over three years. Post-acquisition, Ryan worked in product management before joining Deloitte to specialize in provision software implementation and support.
A NJ native, Ryan resides in Woolwich Township, NJ with his wife, twin daughters, and son. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering for Philadelphia sports teams, golfing, and playing guitar.
