Tom is a Managing Director in Global Tax Management’s NY Metro office, where he is responsible for managing large corporate compliance and ASC 740 engagements. Tom is well-versed in all areas of corporate taxation, including federal, state and local. He has served both public and private companies in a broad range of industries.
Tom is a member of the GTM ASC 740 technical committee and has extensive experience with the preparation and review of ASC 740 calculations in the tax and audit spectrum. This skill set has enabled him to deliver improved efficiencies and reduced costs to his clients. Tom’s personal attention to clients and the ability to provide expertise have given him recognition as a trusted advisor.
Previously, Tom spent most of his career in public accounting at Deloitte and BDO in the New York City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia markets. His main focus was on the preparation and review of ASC 740 calculations and corporate tax compliance. A great deal of Tom’s work was spent auditing tax accruals for public companies.
Tom currently resides in Fanwood, NJ with his with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, softball, and watching his daughter’s sporting events.
