Jerel is a Senior Tax Manager within GTM’s Lead Tax Practice, based out of the firm’s Philadelphia Metro office. He primarily focuses on income tax compliance and accounting for income taxes, working with clients in the chemical and manufacturing industries.
Since joining GTM, Jerel has supported clients with their income tax compliance and accounting needs and has acted as their primary Corptax resource for tasks such as consolidation, reporting, automation, and analysis. Jerel is a skilled user of the ONESOURCE product suite as well as Corptax.
Prior to joining GTM, Jerel was a Tax Accountant at Johnson Matthey. He worked as an Income Tax Specialist, assisting clients with federal and state and local income tax compliance, research and experimentation credit calculations, property tax, unclaimed property, and various informational filings, including annual reports, 1042s and 5472s.
Jerel resides in Cheltenham, PA. He enjoys spending time with his family, serving as a youth leader in his local church, and is an avid health and wellness enthusiast.
