Keegan is a Manager within GTM’s Lead Tax Practice, based out of the firms Pittsburgh office. With a focus on federal and state and local income tax compliance, research, and planning, he helps domestic and multinational clients with the preparation of accounting for income taxes, offering support on a project and/or day-to-day basis.
Prior to joining GTM, Keegan worked as a Senior Tax Analyst at a multinational Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, where he focused on domestic income tax compliance and accounting for income taxes for various foreign markets as well as on the implementation of changing tax legislation and tax planning strategies. He worked with a Big 4 firm, where he assisted manufacturing, healthcare, banking, and energy clients in the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia markets with income tax compliance work and the preparation and review of accounting for income taxes. Keegan also focused on accounting methods and credit services, including the R&D credit and UNICAP. Keegan is a skilled user of the ONESOURCE product suite, as well as Corptax, CCH, BNA, and Sage Fixed Assets.
Keegan resides in Whitehall, PA, with his wife and daughter. He enjoys exploring the outdoors with his golden retriever, Otis, and traveling with his family.
