As a Managing Director in GTM’s New York Metro office, Rosanne provides strategic leadership and technical guidance across the firm’s tax service offerings. She works closely with clients to address complex tax challenges, identify planning opportunities, and enhance the effectiveness of their tax functions. Her extensive experience as both a tax practitioner and a corporate tax executive enables her to bring practical, real-world insight to every engagement, helping tax departments navigate complexity, improve processes, and align tax strategies with broader business objectives.
Rosanne brings more than 25 years of experience across public accounting and corporate tax leadership. She specializes in tax accounting, multinational tax compliance, global tax strategy, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, and tax technology. Throughout her career, she has led tax-planning initiatives, implemented automation solutions, optimized organizational structures, and developed strategies that have delivered significant value to the organizations she has served.
Prior to joining GTM, Rosanne served as Vice President of Tax for a global communications software company, overseeing global tax strategy, compliance, tax accounting, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes across dozens of jurisdictions. She partnered with executive leadership on strategic business initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and risk management while leading a high-performing tax department.
Earlier in her career, Rosanne held tax leadership positions within a multinational manufacturing organization and spent several years at Ernst & Young LLP, advising large multinational companies on tax compliance and tax accounting. She began her career in public accounting, serving clients across a broad range of industries and tax disciplines.
