As a Supervising Senior Tax Analyst in Global Tax Management’s R&D Tax Credit Services practice, Steven assists with the delivery of services that help multinational corporations take advantage of available federal, state, and international R&D tax incentives to reduce their tax liability.
Steven has been involved with R&D in both technical and taxation capacities, bridging the gap between client engineering personnel and technical tax audiences. He specializes in U.S. R&D tax law, with vast experience dealing with specific issues related to R&D credits and incentives within industries including software, technology, and manufacturing. Prior to joining GTM, Steven began his career at Deloitte, where he focused on IRC Section 41, Section 174, and employee retention tax credit incentives.
Steven currently resides in Manhattan. In his free time, he enjoys exploring New York City, trying new restaurants, and attending concerts.
