Transfer Pricing

Kevin Croy is the Managing Director and Leader of the Transfer Pricing practice at GTM. With over 20 years of experience at Big 4 and leading national firms, Kevin is a multifaceted leader who provides a wide breadth of strategic, technical, and operational expertise to multinational enterprises.

Kevin’s practice encompasses the full transfer pricing lifecycle, ranging from high-value strategic planning and valuation to tax controversy support and global documentation. While he leads a comprehensive advisory practice, Kevin is particularly recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between complex tax theory and functional execution. He specializes in developing technology-supported solutions that streamline day-to-day operational transfer pricing, ensuring that sophisticated tax strategies are effectively maintained and scalable.

His unique perspective is informed by an extended residency within the tax department of a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical multinational. During this time, he led an initiative to refine global transfer pricing processes and implement technology-enabled workflows, providing him with a first-hand understanding of the internal challenges faced by large-scale tax functions.

Prior to leading GTM’s practice, Kevin spent seven years at Deloitte Tax LLP in Philadelphia leading and mentoring professional teams, and previously served as a manager at KPMG LLP. A seasoned advisor and moderator, Kevin possesses deep technical fluency in both U.S. regulations and OECD Guidelines, allowing him to help clients navigate the nuances of international tax with practical, system-driven implementation.
