Aashna Shah

Aashna is a Manager in GTM’s Transfer Pricing practice, based in the firm’s Philadelphia Metro Office. She is primarily focused on supporting the day-to-day operational transfer pricing needs of tax departments, while providing value added insights and collaborating on strategic tax initiatives. Since joining GTM, Aashna has provided operational transfer pricing support to tax departments, including performing quarterly and year¬end analyses, calculating retroactive and prospective transfer pricing adjustments, developing and refining cost allocation models, preparing audit defense files for uncertain tax positions, and drafting standard operating procedures for transfer pricing policies. Aashna also supports clients with preparing and reviewing comparable company and comparable transaction benchmarking analyses and preparing transfer pricing reports. Prior to joining GTM, Aashna worked as an Associate at KPMG LLP in its Philadelphia office. Aashna currently lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband, Shravan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing sports, hiking, and reading.
