Johnny Yuan

Johnny is a Senior Manager within GTM’s International Tax practice, where he focuses on U.S. international income tax compliance and reporting for inbound and outbound multinational clients. Prior to joining GTM, Johnny was a Senior International Tax Manager at PepsiCo, Inc., where he focused on U.S. International income tax compliance, technology-focused process improvements, and the substantiation of tax positions. His experience within a Fortune 100 multinational provides perspective on the needs and demands of global tax departments in an evolving tax landscape. Johnny also served as a Tax Manager within Baker Tilly’s New York City office. In this role, he primarily assisted clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries with U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance with a particular focus on operations impacted by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). Johnny resides in the New York City area. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and hiking
