Kelly Bartow

Kelly is a Senior Tax Analyst within GTM’s Transfer Pricing practice, based in the firm’s Philadelphia Metro Office. She primarily focuses on supporting the day-to-day operational transfer pricing needs of tax departments while providing value added insights and collaborating on strategic tax initiatives. Prior to joining GTM, Kelly spent seven years with PwC as a transfer pricing manager. In this role, she provided tax planning and compliance services related to intercompany transactions for multinational clients and helped develop global international tax planning structures to optimize operational efficiencies. She also prepared and reviewed comparable company and transaction benchmarking analyses and prepared transfer pricing reports. Kelly currently lives in Wayne, PA with her husband, Bill, and their three sons. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and traveling with her family.
