Meredith Thornton

Meredith is a Tax Manager in GTM’s lead tax practice. Her focus is on corporate tax provision and compliance for large multinational clients. She joined GTM in March 2019 and is currently assisting a biopharmaceutical client with their state compliance process. Prior to joining GTM, Meredith was a senior tax analyst on the tax team at Willis Towers Watson, where she worked on the federal compliance team and managed the state compliance process. She also worked on the tax reporting team where she assisted in preparing the quarterly and annual tax provisions required for SEC reporting. Meredith began her career as an associate at PwC in the assurance group and eventually transitioned to the tax group where she was promoted to a senior associate. Meredith and her husband Andrew reside in Cherry Hill, NJ where they enjoy biking, running, and cooking along with spending time with family and friends.
