Nadia Tsao

Nadia is a Supervising Senior Tax Analyst within GTM’s International Tax Practice, based out of the firm’s Philadelphia Metro office. She is primarily responsible for assisting clients with their income tax compliance needs. Since joining GTM, Nadia has prepared separate and consolidated state returns for mid-size and large companies. She has also helped with business tax returns including 1065, 1120 and 1120S, and personal income tax forms. She is Alteryx certified and is proficient in ONESOURCE Income Tax and GoSystems. Nadia has experience preparing tax workpapers including book/tax differences, apportionment, and state modifications. She has also prepared forms 8858 and 5471, both division and consolidated international forms, for multinational companies, and has assisted with intercompany transaction files. In addition, she researches and prepares tax statements. On the international tax side, Nadia runs reports and assists with lookthrough transactions, as well as with GILTI and Subpart F calculations. She is also proficient at incorporating transfer pricing and PYA adjustments into workpapers. Prior to joining GTM, Nadia held several internship positions, including at Teleflex Incorporated, where she assisted the international tax team with 8858 and 5471 international tax forms. She also worked at Nationwide Insurance as an IT analyst intern. Outside of GTM, Nadia enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, traveling, checking out weekend events in Philadelphia, and cheering on Philly sports teams. She currently resides in Wayne, PA
