Olga Grosheva

Olga is a Senior Manager in Global Tax Management’s lead tax practice, focusing on Managed Tax Services (MTS). She specializes in providing support to clients that look to strategically outsource their tax department functions. As a new addition to the MTS practice she is focused on servicing clients with their day to day operational and functional needs, including tax processes and documentation. Olga joined GTM in May of 2016 and has over 15 years of extensive tax experience, focusing on international and federal taxation. She has a strong background assisting companies with tax compliance and tax provision, adhering to required documentation, planning and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other consulting services. Prior to joining GTM, Olga served as an International Tax Director at a Fortune 50 company, and worked as a global tax lead for a Medical Device company in the Philadelphia market. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she specialized in servicing multinational companies. Her wide range of experience has allowed her to develop an exceptional blend of strategic business planning, corporate and international taxation, financial structure, and regulatory compliance expertise. Her background includes serving as an integral member of the leadership team with several high-profile entities where she has held full accountability for minimizing tax exposure, and capturing cost savings by identifying and deploying comprehensive solutions that impact the bottom-line. Olga resides in Lafayette Hill with her husband and three children. She enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, running, and skiing. Outside of GTM, she spends time with her busy family and enjoys traveling.
