Pedro Carazas

Pedro Carazas is a Manager within GTM’s Transfer Pricing practice, based in the Philadelphia Metro office. Pedro brings more than eight years of experience serving multinational companies in the areas of transfer pricing planning and compliance. He is skilled at conducting complex economic analyses and leading cross-functional teams in providing international tax services, including the development of global transfer pricing documentation packages, audit defense and business model tax optimization services. Prior to joining GTM, Pedro held transfer pricing positions at RSM and PwC. Pedro has specialized in the economic valuation of tangible property, intangible property, and services. He has served as an in-house expert on transfer pricing analysis related to financial and intangible transactions. Pedro earned his Master’s in Business Administration from University of Maryland, and he is a CFA charter holder. Pedro resides in Philadelphia, PA. He enjoys attending Latin-pop concerts and sport events with friends and family.
