Global Tax Management Expands International Transfer Pricing Capabilities

WAYNE, Pa. (February 15, 2018) PRNewswire— Corporate tax services firm Global Tax Management, Inc. (GTM) announced today the addition of transfer pricing specialist Kevin Croy to the firm’s International Tax Services (ITS) practice. As Managing Director, Transfer Pricing, Kevin is responsible for delivering all operational transfer pricing, benchmarking, and documentation services offered by the firm.

“Strong demand by our multinational client base for transfer pricing services fueled our decision to expand capabilities in this area,” said Dave Laurinaitis, CEO and Executive Director of GTM. “Kevin brings the deep technical expertise our clients seek in the areas of transfer pricing planning, business model optimization, and transfer pricing documentation across a variety of industries.”

Kevin joins GTM from Deloitte Tax LLP in Philadelphia where he spent the prior seven years leading, developing, and mentoring a team of transfer pricing professionals. Prior to Deloitte Tax, he was a transfer pricing manager at KPMG LLP in Philadelphia. During his 13-year career in public accounting, he developed a deep knowledge of the U.S. transfer pricing regulations as well as the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Transfer Pricing Guidelines, which many foreign jurisdictions have adopted.

Kevin is a CPA licensed in Pennsylvania and also holds multiple advanced degrees from Penn State, including an MBA and M.S., Information Systems, and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. He is a regular speaker on transfer pricing topics for a variety of tax conferences.

“In light of U.S. tax reform and as tax jurisdictions continue to modernize an international tax framework to address Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and cross-border reporting requirements, managing transfer pricing of controlled transactions between related parties is a crucial responsibility of the tax department,” notes Laurinaitis. “GTM is pleased to welcome Kevin to GTM where he joins Raymond Wynman, Managing Director of GTM’s International Tax Services practice, in delivering a full spectrum of international tax compliance, planning, and transfer pricing services to multinational clients.”
