RADNOR, Pa. (December 4, 2015) — Global Tax Management, Inc. (GTM) has been named among the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for the third consecutive year, ranking #25 in the Small/Medium companies (25-249 employees) category. The awards program, created in 2000, is one of the first statewide rankings of its kind in the country and mirrors the Forbes national rankings. The program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.
GTM is the only Radnor firm to make this year’s Small/Medium Companies list. The firm adds this award to their list of 2015 accolades, including 2015 Philadelphia Business Journal’s Healthiest Employers of Greater Philadelphia, Philadelphia Business Journal’s List of Top 25 Accounting Firms in the Philadelphia region, and Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies.
“Receiving this award for the third time in a row validates the goal of our culture – to generate a unique sense of camaraderie that is unlike any other firm.” said managing director, Dave Laurinaitis. “Our team connects not only with our clients, but with each other socially, and with the community. For example, we’re proud to support Autism Speaks Philadelphia, where our employees and their families have joined together to raise over $150,000 over the last several years. We want to make a difference through hard work, collaboration, and good will.”
This awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania, who are benefiting the state’s economy and its workforce.
