Global Tax Management Named a Best Accounting Firm to Work For by Accounting Today
GTM ranks in the Top 30 of best mid-sized firms
WAYNE, Pa. (September 23, 2019) — Global Tax Management (GTM) announced today that it has officially been named among Accounting Today’s 2019 Best Accounting Firms to Work For. Specifically, GTM is ranked number 30 among best mid-sized firms nationally. This is the second consecutive year that GTM has been recognized as a best accounting firm to work for by Accounting Today.

According to Accounting Today editors, more and more accounting firms are converging on a common set of best practices that add up to better workplaces. They credit the accounting talent shortage for compelling firms to improve their workplaces in terms of perks, benefits, compensation, career development, transparency, and overall engagement.
To be included, GTM participated in a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating our workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, which was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top firms and the final ranking.
