Brian is a Director in GTM’s lead practice based out of the firm’s D.C. Metro office. He has extensive experience serving multinational, public, and private clients in the Industrial Products, Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences sectors, particularly on U.S. federal, state, and international tax matters. Brian specializes in ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes, including the preparation and audit of income tax accruals in addition to managing large corporate tax compliance engagements and executing tax planning strategies.
Since joining GTM in 2019, Brian’s technical acumen, leadership, and efficient processes have earned him recognition from clients as a trusted advisor. He serves on the firm’s tax technical and accounting committees, assisting both internal personnel and clients with complex tax matters.
Prior to joining GTM, Brian was a Tax Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Philadelphia market, where he was responsible for the preparation and review of tax provision calculations and corporate tax compliance. Brian also acted in the audit capacity for many large multinational public companies reviewing financial statements, tax disclosures, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Brian was raised in Central New Jersey and currently resides in Washington, D.C. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
