As Chief Financial Officer, Dennis oversees all finance functions within GTM including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and treasury. A primary focus of his role is the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational controls, policies, and procedures related to these functions, as well as assisting in charting the strategic direction of GTM. Dennis is a key business partner and contributor to long-range planning, ensuring that current revenue-generating strategies create Firm value.
Prior to joining GTM, Dennis served as Managing Director – Accounting and Tax for The Sharp Financial Group. In this role, he maintained overall responsibility for managing and developing the Accounting, Tax and Business Advisory practices, including client relationship management, engagement planning and execution, and new business development. He also led all aspects of CFO Advisory engagements for privately held businesses including strategic planning, debt and equity financing, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and tax planning and mitigation.
Dennis also served in several leadership roles with Airgas, Inc. including Director, Corporate Development; Chief Financial Officer of subsidiary Airgas Safety, Inc.; and Director, Finance Integration, where he led the financial integration and SAP implementation related to a $13 billion global merger. Prior to joining Airgas, Dennis held roles with Protiviti, Inc. (formerly Arthur Andersen LLC) and Elko, Fischer, McCabe, and Rudman, Ltd.
Dennis’ work with organizations ranging from small and mid-sized private businesses to large public companies make him uniquely suited to guide GTM’s accounting and finance functions as the firm continues to grow.
Dennis resides in Lansdale, PA with his wife and three children. He is actively involved in the community and enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and skiing in his free time.
