Global Tax Management Recognized Among Region’s Top Healthiest Employers of 2020
Corporate tax leader secures place among top three healthiest employers in the small business category
WAYNE, Pa. (June 25, 2020) — As Philadelphia Metro-based companies continue to navigate the uncharted COVID-19 business landscape, the Philadelphia Business Journal is recognizing those employers that exemplify the prioritization of their employees’ health and well-being – and has named Global Tax Management, Inc. (GTM) among the region’s top three Healthiest Employers of 2020 in the small business category.
GTM ties incentives to its wellness program, giving employees financial motivation to participate in annual biometric screenings and activities that earn them points towards the reduction of their medical premium. The continued investment in the wellness program, in addition to senior executive support, has led to high levels of participation in the company’s wellness program, which in turn, has resulted in an aggregate personal health score that’s more than two times better than the industry average.
