Anthony Sorrentino

Associate Director, TAS

Anthony is a Managing Director and leads GTM’s Tax Automation Services (TAS). In this role, Anthony works with clients to create innovative solutions that are tailored to meet their needs through the implementation of technology. Anthony is well versed in all direct income tax products and specializes in designing overall tax technology strategies to maximize the usage of a client’s existing software as well as recommending new software’s or processes to fill any gaps.

Anthony initially joined GTM in 2006 as part of the firm’s lead tax practice. While in this role, he focused on tax compliance and tax accounting, leading engagements on Fortune 500 companies including companies in the Fortune 10. He also became one of the firm’s go-to resources for the ONESOURCE suite. Since joining the TAS Practice, he has focused on assessment, design and implementations of tax provision software including ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP), Longview, Corptax, Bloomberg, and others. Leveraging GTM’s alliance with WTS, Anthony led the integration of US tax accounting products with worldwide consolidation tools such as Amana GTC and Magnitude.

Prior to joining GTM, Anthony worked at William E. Howe & Co., CPAs where he was responsible for the preparation of corporate, partnership, and individual income tax returns. He was also involved with general bookkeeping, payroll, and unemployment tax returns and year end W-2 and 1099 reporting.

Anthony was raised in Delco, PA, where he currently resides today with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
