Alteryx for Corporate Tax Webcast Series: Advanced Parsing

Getting usable data can be hard. Advanced parsing techniques can help. This course introduces a parsing method that is more advanced than the previously covered text to columns option. Specifically, Matt and Ryan will go over the concept of regular expressions, demonstrate some of the functionality the “RegEx” building block within Alteryx, and show a favorite resource of theirs they like to use when working with regular expressions. You will also gather some insights about favorite backyard gadgets recently used by Ryan and Matt.
